About Mosaic Therapy and Wellness
Our Philosophy
At Mosaic Therapy and Wellness, we believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Our counseling services are designed to help our clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. When working with individuals, couples, and families we view the entire "system"; the structure of relationships, thoughts patterns, and generational aspects that have helped shape the clients in my care. The client's knowledge of their system aids them in choosing their own path forward, taking what they want to (goals, realistic though processes, positive interactions) and leaving behind what is no longer helpful for them (negative thought patterns, self-sabotage, harmful interactions).

We help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space to foster healing, connection, and growth in every stage of your journey. This is an inclusive practice. Investment
We do not take insurance at this time but can provide a superbill upon request for you to send to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Individual Counseling is $130 per session hour.
Couples Counseling is $150 per session hour.
Session hour is approximately 50 minutes.
