I'm Allison Fox, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their emotional journeys. With a background in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I bring a unique blend of creativity and evidence-based techniques to our sessions. As the only Accelerated Resolution Therapist in the Permian Basin, I am so grateful to be able to provide that unique trauma process online or in-person in Big Spring, TX. It is a valuable tool for anxiety, depression, addiction, and many other issues. 

When working with individuals, couples, and families I view the entire "system"; the structure of relationships, thoughts patterns, and generational aspects that have helped shape the client(s) in my care. The client's knowledge of their system aids them in choosing their own path forward, taking what they want to (goals, realistic though processes, positive interactions) and leaving behind what is no longer helpful for them (negative thought patterns, self-sabotage, harmful interactions).
