I'm Allison Fox, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their emotional journeys. With a background in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I bring a unique blend of creativity and evidence-based techniques to our sessions. I am located in The Woodlands, TX for in-preson appointments and available for telehealth for clients in Texas. Currently booking for in-person services for clients in the Conroe, Woodlands, Spring, Houston, Tomball, Magnolia, Cypress, and Shenandoah areas. 

I love to travel, read, go hiking and kayaking. My favorites are Brownies, Diet Coke, and cats.
